 Transaction Matching

  • Data Filters allow for any user to create, edit, clone, save, and delete filters within the Transactions page. Any of the attribute, value, date, and dimension fields setup within the Match Set Administration page can all be filtered on in a variety of ways.
  • Custom Rule Filters have been added, in addition to the existing standard rule filters, to give administrators the option to create complex expressions to apply to transactions in a data set.
  •  Date Grouping Tolerances have been improved so now administrators can apply pre-aggregate date grouping tolerances in addition to post aggregate date grouping tolerances.
  • One-Sided Match Rules give administrators the capability to automatically match transactions within a single data set.

Account Reconciliations

  • Allow Approver Attachments option, if turned on under Global Settings by the administrator, allows approvers to attach additional documentation even after a reconciliation has been prepared.
  • Internal Only Comments Indicator gives users the option to hide their comments from auditors and within any reports generated.
  • Upcoming and Past-Due Notifications can now be setup for both the preparers and approvers within Notification Methods, under the Administration page.
