OneStream Log Cleaning Frequency for Audit purposes

OneStream MarketPlace provides Log Cleaner tool to clean logs.

You can select which type of activity to clean such as User Login, Task etc

Some companies will run this every quarter and only retain minimum (30 days) logs while cleaning up all types except for user logon activity.

If you are a public traded company, please use caution when clearing the error log, since this is where the system dashboard for Software Version Audit gets its information.  This can cause an issue with audit.

Also, there is a default setting on your servers and those may be set low out of the box.
